Beyond that, we also ensure their comfort with exceptional living arrangements. We achieve this through Manzeli (Arabic for “my home”) – a purpose-built staff accommodation that offers both comfort and leisure activities for its inhabitants.
Isnaad believes in ethical behaviour and diversity. That’s why we have a dedicated employee engagement team, a written code of ethics “Amana” and a series of employee engagement events that are spread across the year.
We are the proud recipient of the 5-star Taqdeer Award in 2018, an award that honours the UAE companies which have demonstrated a strong commitment to labour welfare. Moreover, we are the only FM company to be awarded the 5-star rating, highlighting our position in the industry.
Besides promoting employee welfare, we are also committed to creating opportunities for youth and local communities. In accordance with the principle of Emiratisation, we contribute to youth programmes such as ‘Tumoohi’ where selected students from college undergo 18 months of training and are provided the opportunity to join a department of their choosing.
