We have recently launched Imtiaz Academy, our new training center designed to equip Imdaad team members with the knowledge and skills they need to succeed.
Imtiaz Academy is located in the ‘Manzeli’ staff accommodation in Jebel Ali, and is fully equipped to host both academic learning sessions and hands-on practical training. The facility will initially focus on delivering employee training for Isnaad, our soft services division, through a team of five British Institute of Cleaning Science (BICSc) certified assessors.
Recognized globally as the gold standard for training in the soft services sector, BICSc is the largest independent educational body within the cleaning industry. Imtiaz Academy aims to complete training for more than 500 employees on 10 BICSc skills every year, including housekeeping skills, safety in the workplace, using equipment, interacting with customers, and personal hygiene. It will also offer a refresher course for 3,000 of Imdaad employees.

The state-of-the-art Imtiaz Academy is designed to fulfill the long-term needs of all Imdaad’s business units. In addition to a comprehensive induction program for the onboarding of new employees, Imtiaz Academy will ensure Isnaad’s staff are kept up-to-date on the latest industry developments by providing regular refresher courses for all of its team members. These will be delivered both at the training center and through on-site learning.
